Audit Report
An Audit Report is a document prepared to verify whether the financial and administrative activities of the Grama Panchayat have been carried out legally and transparently. The audit evaluates the Panchayat’s income and expenditure accounts, implementation of projects, utilization of funds, and maintenance of records.
